The apartment is very well located, a few meters from the Plaza de Charco, center of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet street with little traffic. The front of the apartment has a large terrace that receives a lot of sun throughout the day.
The property is located on a third floor, in a building with an elevator. The house has two bedrooms, a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a washing machine room and the terrace. We offer a good internet connection and Satellite TV with international programs (especially German). Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The building is very close to the public bus station, so a car is not essential. The supermarket is right in front of the building and there are multiple bars and restaurants in the area.

Summary: The appartment is well equipped, you do not need to bring any household articles from home: many towels (all sizes including dish towels), dish washing liquid, enough toilet paper for day one, coffee filters, a bottle of white wine… were available. Wi-Fi is fast, small TV with satellite is there and books in several languages.The appartment has a roof balcony with some view to the sea (as advertised), location is close to a nice Plaza with many restaurants and not far from city center. The way back is quite steep, for people with a handicap this might be a problem.Contact and getting keys was very friendly and everything worked fine.
